Rather, we do suggest reducing bread or rice consumption amount. Our diet mostly comprises of lentils, curries, salads and vegetables with separate fruit meal. Hence, negative impacting nutrients like excessive sugars, fats, etc. are not present in our diet, if you wonder as to why your diet is not restricted. Starving as per our experience is not the right solution. Rather, healthy consumption what we recommend.</p>
