Rejuvenation Therapy In Kerala

Complete Wellness is the main focus of Ayurveda. This is also the goal of rejuvenation therapy at Matt India, the best ayurvedic health centre in Kerala. As the name suggests, the therapy has a reviving effect on the person, both physically and mentally.

In Kerala, the goal of rejuvenation therapy is to bring back health, youth, and wellness. This treatment is also called “Rasayana chikitsa,” and it is thought to be very helpful.

This therapy is good for both your body and your mind. It helps the nervous system, the musculoskeletal system, and the circulatory system work better. It also affects how healthy the organs of sense are.

The therapy brings the body back to a state of balance by balancing the vata, pitta, and kapha doshas. It makes people stronger and helps them fight off sickness.

In Kerala, Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy is very good for mental health. It has a good effect on the mind and helps people relax. It also helps you remember things.

Many diseases can be cured with rejuvenation therapy, but you don’t have to be sick to get it. Rasayana therapy is for anyone who wants to get their health back to normal and feel young and full of energy.

Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy in Kerala is for people who need a break from their busy lives and want to relax and de-stress. Matt India is a great place to relax for these kinds of people.

THERAPIES

Matt India’s rejuvenation therapy includes 45–90 minutes per day of Kerala ayurvedic massages with herbal oils, paste, and kizhi, as well as special diets, herbal medicines, and steam baths.

Ayurvedic Rejuvenation therapy includes some of the following treatments:

Abhyangam

Abhyanga, or Ayurvedic massage, is an important part of the Ayurvedic treatment we offer at our Kerala resort. It is an effective way to relax and feel good about one’s body and mind.

Ksheera Dhara

In this therapy, medicated milk is poured over the head and body in a steady stream from a certain distance away. It is a treatment for getting rid of stress.

Thakradhara

In this therapy, a thin stream of medicated buttermilk is constantly poured over the person’s head or body.

Sneha Vasti

This is a therapy for detoxing the body in which medicated oils are taken by mouth to get rid of the toxins.

Njavaratheppu

In this therapy, you put medicine on your body and then take a bath with herbs.

Kati Vasti

Warm oil with medicine is put on the lower back, and a dough ring holds it there. This treatment works well for back pain.

Pizhichil

This is a sudation therapy in which lukewarm medicated oils are squeezed onto the body from a wet cloth and the body is massaged by trained masseurs.

Herbal Facial

Medicated liquids are used to massage the face, and herbal face packs are put on.

Steam bath

In this therapy, the person sits in a tub filled with steam made from medicinal herbs and leaves. This therapy brings the body’s doshas into balance and makes it sweat to get rid of toxins.

Patra potala swedam

This kind of treatment is also known as “elakizhi” or “pachakizhi.” It involves making a bolus, which is a bundle of herbs and plants cooked in medicine oil and wrapped in a piece of cloth. As a massage, the warm bolus is lightly pressed all over the affected area. At our Kerala Ayurveda Center, this therapy is recommended for joint, muscle, and bone problems.

Shiro Dhara

“Dhara” means flow, and “shiro” means “head.” In shirodhara, a steady flow of warm herbal oil is poured over the person’s forehead.

Avagaham

This therapy involves putting medicine on the body and then taking a herbal bath.

Ksheera Dhoomam

This is a process called “fermentation” that uses the steam from medicated milk. This therapy helps with headaches, paralysis of the face, and nervous disorders.

Njavarakizhi

Njavara combines rice, milk, and herbal decoctions into boluses that are used to massage the body and make it sweat.

Dhanyamla Dhara

In this treatment, a thin, steady stream of a medicated herbal decoction is poured over the area that needs help.

Virechanam

This is a part of panchakarma, which is an ayurvedic method for getting rid of toxins. It is a way to clean the body by getting rid of toxins. It involves taking things by mouth that make you throw up in order to get rid of the toxic doshas in the body.
