Respiratory Diseases – Cured with Ayurveda

Respiratory Diseases are now worried about the growing amount of pollution in the air. Sad to say, the air we breathe is full of dirt, dust, and harmful gases. This makes our bodies more likely to get sick from diseases caused by these pollutants. In developed countries, diseases of the lungs and airways are some of the most common ways to get sick.

Respiratory problems can be as minor as a cold or as serious as pneumonia. They can affect the nose, mouth, throat, and sinuses in the upper respiratory system or the lower bronchial tubes and lungs. Ayurvedic herbs can help with these issues.

Treatment with Ayurveda

Special herbs and Panchakarma treatments are very good for restoring the body’s health.

Herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine to strengthen the lungs are all around us. One just needs to know when and what to use.

Bala, which means “strength” in English, is the ayurvedic word for immunity in the west. Ama and Ojas are the two most important things that affect bala.

Ama is the sticky part of the food that doesn’t get broken down. Ama makes the immune system of the body less effective. It does this by clogging or blocking the channels that carry food and waste into and out of the cells. Ama also gets in the way of the immune system’s important microchannels, which are much smaller. All of these blocked channels can turn the body into a cesspool of germs and other things that make it hard for the body to work. Ojas comes from good digestion. It boosts the body’s immune system, cleans the mind and the consciousness that lives inside it, and makes the body more flexible. Most Ayurvedic treatments are aimed at increasing the amount of Ojas in the body. This is because Ojas is important for good health. Ojas is health, happiness, elation, a feeling of lightness, a strong immune system, and full body strength. In the old Ayurvedic texts, there is a theory called the Land and the Seed theory. The body is like the land on which the seeds are planted. Now, if the seeds of Ama are spread, the fruits will always bring sickness and trouble. On the other hand, if the seeds of Ojas are spread, the body will always have a strong immune system and strength from the inside.

The herbs in the treatment module that are good for rejuvenating help to nourish the channels, which protects the lungs and makes it easier to breathe.

Bibhitaki is a strange fruit that is used to treat illness. It is about the size of a walnut and tastes sour. This herb, Bibhitaki, is one of the ingredients in Triphala. Bibhitaki is very helpful for reducing any symptoms of Kapha disorder. Because of this, Bibhitaki can be used to treat Kapha disorders in any part of the body. Because it has a bitter taste, it tends to soak up the small amounts of water in the Kapha dosha.

In the same way, there are many herbs that can help heal the body in more than one way, especially the lungs and other parts of the respiratory system. With so many different herbs recommended by the Ayurvedic system of knowledge, it’s easy to take advantage of their healing power and get rid of respiratory problems for good. Everyone should be able to breathe a sigh of relief, after all.

Our breathing system is a complex and dense network of channels and systems that carry both oxygen and prana, which is the vital life force.
